Kombucha Smoothies

To make Kombucha Smoothies choose slightly vinegary (not old and too sour) Kombucha tea. These smoothies are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, organic acids, enzymes, and on top of this, they can easily satisfy your hunger!
All of the following is just ideas. Feel free to change the ingredients!


Kombucha-strawberry-banana
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Kombucha tea
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 banana
2 strawberries
Strawberry syrup or honey (optional)
In a blender combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Kombucha-peach-banana
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Kombucha tea
1/2 cup of a mango-peach juice
1 banana
1/2 a peach
In a blender combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Kombucha-yogurt-banana
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Kombucha tea
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
Vanilla sugar (optional)
In a blender combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Kombucha-parsley-banana
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Kombucha tea
1/2 cup of juice of your choice
1 banana
1/2 cup of parsley
Ice (optional)
In a blender combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Salad Dressings
For these recipes you will need Kombucha vinegar. To make the vinegar, let your Kombucha ferment longer (for about 3 weeks) to become more sour.

Recipe 1 Pour 1/2 a cup of Kombucha vinegar into the bowl, add 25% olive oil, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and some basil. Mix all the ingredients well and let the mixture stay in the refrigerator overnight. Use on your salads or for marinating vegetables, shrimp or meat.

Recipe 2 Add lemon juice, oregano, sage and fresh ginger to the Kombucha Salad Dressing recipe and serve it on top of your mashed potatoes.

Recipe 3 Start with the Salad Dressing recipe and add 1 mashed avocado. Use as a dip.

Recipe 4 Mix 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce into the Salad Dressing recipe and add to your stir-fried vegetables.

Kombucha Hair Rinse
Add some of the Kombucha vinegar to warm water and rinse the hair after shampooing. This mixture can serve as a perfect natural conditioner for the hair.
Kombucha Cream 
Mix several drops of your longer fermented Kombucha tea together with vitamin E into your favorite cream. To see how it works for your skin, use a small portion of cream first.
Kombucha Mouthwash

Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 teaspoon of dried mint leaves, infuse for 30 minutes. Cool infusion to the room temperature, strain and add 2 cups kombucha vinegar. mix the ingredients and use as a mouthwash.
